INTERNET: Internet service availbale throught TelCel's 3G network. We suggest everyone traveling in Mexico purchase on of these. They are about $400 pesos and work off the the cell towers, so you can have internet everywhere that has cell service. These can be purchased at any Tel Cel Customer Service office.

ELECTRICITY: All sites are metered. The rate is 4 pesos per kilowatt hour.

Pesos are gladly accepted and exchanged at the current market value. Sorry, no checks or credit cards accepted.

RULES

PROHIBITED ON SITE • Vehicle/RV Repairs, Dumping sewage/gray water/oil etc. anywhere but designated areas on the grounds. Loud or disruptive vehicles. Discharging of fire arms or fireworks. Exotic pet. Bad attitudes.

SPEED LIMIT • 10 M.P.H. for everyone's safety and comfort.

QUIET HOURS • 10PM - 8AM Daily. Generators must be turned off during quiet hours.

TRASH • You are responsible for keeping your site clean. Please bag and place in trash containers found throughout the park. Please do not leave trash outside your RV overnight. Thank you.

PETS • Well behaved pets are most welcome! They must not disturb other guests and must not be left unattended. Pets must be kept inside at night. Dogs must be leashed and "presents" from your pet must be picked up and disposed of immediately.

VISITORS • Visitors are welcome from 8AM - 10PM daily. Visitors are not "entitled" to use of park facilities.

BEHAVIOR • Guests are responsible for conducting themselves, their pets, their children and their guests in such a manner so as not to disturb, annoy, endanger or otherwise interfere with the enjoyment of others in this park. Please be courteous at all times and do not trespass on occupied sites.

CHECK-OUT TIME • 12 Noon of the day of scheduled departure. If you'd like to extend your stay and space is available, please make management aware no later than 10AM of the day of departure.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT to deny service to anyone! To evict (without refund of paid rent) to anyone who commits acts of vandalism or who fails to comply with the rules of the park. The owners/management are not responsible for accidents, injuries or loss of property due to fire, theft, acts of God, utility failure or improper connections.
